You thought that things are not gonna go so hard this time but they do 

over and over again from out of the blue or everyday in the miss use tune they do play their games for the Victory and the triumph of themselves 

and You are always there fighting with the most dangerous of them and You use the qi gong to make it through as the only way to save Yourself and save them from the whole rest 

and there are days where they can be in peace maybe not as long as you can be but they at least are trying to 

sometimes it feels like they try to compete with You but when the night comes their real faces are all there out and they show the real till the morning light 

These things that You are going through are not the ones that truth can be just said or written and mostly You can not even share or write because There are too many of them around so why not just cry when things are really bad  

Why do people always ask You to make Yourself stronger and tougher it will only suppress the tension the pain even stop and block the healing this way if You don't cry things out as much as they should or every time You are facing the worst out of them is just too painful even to write or share the real human experience on Earth. 

I always had one rule if it comes about the healing of any kind if You don't cry You won't be able to laugh You will be just entirely shut down by all these controlling folks 

Life is not about pretending to be human but about being a human with all the emotions that will make You out and free but You need to let them be processed and digested to heal as much as You can 

How great toxins will leave Your body if You let go and make it all clear through tears, laugh and anger as it will also arrive not once its normal and natural at times but most of the time You are gonna be calmed down to have peace to manage all of them around so that They will be able to be at peace but not take Yours its not something that We are all born with and how many people have all these elements in balance or know how to make it oki if they are for example struggle with the most first help from human hands 

not many will think abou it that way but I do this is why I created and do what I do because I am aware of the bad on Earth and through my whole Life I always found the Best and the most happy place in a healing way going through the worst on Earth 

that some parts and experiences of life are just too hard and they need more and more time to heal the wounds and the scars and You can not speed it up because of something or because of the World is asking You to follow the Chaos that maybe already lost its mind ! 

You are not like that and You dont wanna be part of the circus parade 

 You also know that taking time to heal will get more and more difficult its not just having the secrets ready the methods and all that is kind of easy or it became easier to get in this world or figure it out 

environment whether You like it or not will play the biggest role in it all Your friends and family too what if they are all against Your healing way? and only put Your doubts together with the whole friends, not real ones it's not just saying I don't believe it or You say so to You 

They are greatly in tricky ways damaging Your health for years so it gets harder and harder to believe as healing is not only the way but it is love its support also fun and play where You can be happy and real in this world while only surrounded by people who cause You this all and are not giving up to make it every day more and more hard 

Even if they sometimes do really help when You no longer ask because long time You gave up on their help they suddenly do all for You when You say You are leaving forever if that was so easy Why I havent said that before I would be much better now and could free myself connecting with the better Ones and with the more beautiful of the world inside and outside no matter what 

dear reader We highly sensitive empathic souls 

I can not give You any advice when it is too hard don't give up but let Yourself cry out and if You can't anymore because nobody helps and You are from years alone with it all 

at least know that some people are also highly sensitive and empathic and They all go through the same living horror that they hardly can be open about or talk about freely to people in this world without being judged entirely which is another kind of non human blocks which completely withdrawn highly sensitive from being their Own Self in a Real Truth WAy with All the Love Happiness and Healing they do invisible create 

but in the real of the realms We can not be ourselves anymore walking in this world became a living kind of horror for so many people and souls 

It does not mean we dont love people or the world around us quite opposite They don't let us be good and loving so We need to become stones like They are otherwise We are losing even much more in this WAR OF LIFE
