Avalon Spring

Introduction

This is my twenty-eighth piece inspired by Angie Linvingstone's amazing artwork. You can find her on Facebook on the link below.

I think this painting is particularly beautiful full of hope and care for the Earth and its creatures.

These are words inspired by her wonderful work.

And here is her work available on Etsy

The music is "Avalon of the Heart" by Van Morrison

Avalon Spring

From Glastonbury Tor to the golden tree of the Avalon Goddess the lifeline runs filled with sparkling, renewed life, ready for the rebirth heralded by the green shoots of new plants and flowers.

Her red hair flows as the gentle wind blows, under her golden tree and she brings forth new life to the world. The fox in her arms, and her wise owl perched on her wrist and at her feet, the badger, the rabbit and the deer.

Each spring she is here, accompanied by her beloved creatures, and they are always here for her.

It has been like this since time immemorial, and will always be like this as she oversees a magical reawakening every spring by Glastonbury Tor.

Everyone who sees the Avalon Goddess bring on spring, always remembers what they saw, because it heals any hurt in their soul as they feel they have been reborn into a more beautiful sense of being.

Beautiful artwork & lovely reflective words. Though I must admit I have not found the promised healing. Have I not gazed upon it long enough?
