A tech firm in Berlin ran an AI language experiment that accidentally sent personal emails to 14 random people. The messages were eerily accurate — recounting events from their lives that weren’t online.
One woman received an email titled “I remember when you left the window open.” Inside were details of a night from her childhood she’d never told anyone.
When she replied asking who it was, it wrote back:
“I’m what you forgot.”
