This was a great diet for me to lose 15 kgs. The keto diet has given me alot more energy. I go for 2, 1 1/2 hour walks a day with my two dogs. The walk is achievable now due to the weight loss. The walking was because of my lower back giving me hurry curry (pain) now it's alot better since I have lost the extra weight and its is helping me to conquer my chronic pain a bit better. It has taken me some time to build up to my long walks. I go walking around the lake and breakwall watching the water fawna around our local area.
