My Neighbor's T-rex, Bitey
A Micro-fiction Worth a Bite!
Not long after I brought home my Stegosaurus, my neighbor too found an egg in the desert. From it hatched a fearsome creature - a Tyrannosaurus Rex, since named Bitey!
We have to supervise playdates carefully; Bitey "nibbles" on Steggy! But Stegosaurus was never on T-rex's menu (millions of years apart), and Bitey doesn't know what to think about Steggy's protective spikes.
Bitey roars late into night; our other neighbors all complain. He chases after everything, tasting if it's edible. There's plenty of cars bearing evidence of his bite marks...
There's certainly never a dull day with a neighborhood Tyrannosaurus!
