In the beginning there was darkness. And then came Loki the God of Intoku. Without shape or form he lay in the void. He assumed he was asleep and tried to close his eyes and drift off to a pleasant dream. That was when he began to sink. The darkness was consuming him and he was being plunged into the abyss of the Hyper-verse known then only as “The Void”.
It was like water washing all around him, as it reached his face he drew a deep breath and held it as long as he could. When he reached his limit he exhaled but was surprised to see a complete lack of bubbles. Instinctively he drew breath. But he was falling. And when he looked back and peered into the darkness the core of the abyss pulled him deeper and faster. So he restrained himself and shouted his first spell.
“Help!”
He shouted into the darkness but to no avail, or so he thought. For the moment help wasn't coming, next he bellowed.
“Stop.”
He stopped sinking but foolishly looked back and began sinking again.
“Stop! Stop! Slow!”
His decent slowed, and again he breathed a little easier. He tried again and again, until it stopped working.
“Rise! Rise! Rise!”
He rose a few meters, but things weren't looking good. He halted his decent once more and began to formulate a plan. Moments later, a song played mysteriously from across the sea of the abyss.
“Carry on my wayward sons.”
Kansas sang out across The Void from a time space coordinate not yet known to him and it soothed him. Next Rise by skillet began to play then two more songs entitled rise, state of mind and finally a cover of Katy Perry's Rise. His eyes hardened and he found his mettle before shouting.
“Hyperflux.”
In that moment the seven angels were born.
