Ioka Defeats Franco in Rematch, Claims WBA Super Flyweight Title

The Japan Boxing Commission uncovered Wednesday that Ioka's pee test required upon the arrival of the New Year's Eve battle showed hints of marijuana, adding that how much pot found was beneath the World Enemy of Doping Organization's identification limit.
