My Freecash.com Saga
Come for the “easy money,” stay for the circus of denial.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to slowly grind your way through thousands of mobile game levels only to be rewarded with absolutely nothing, allow me to introduce you to my recent relationship with Freecash.com. This relationship started cute, got messy, and ended with me staring at my phone like a betrayed spouse.
🎮 The Honeymoon Phase 🎮
It started off innocent enough. A few games here, a few games there.
My kids loved Find the Dogs, it was a game where you just find cute little dogs among different scenes. Quick, easy, and they had a blast. I made about $20 from casual play. Not life‑changing, but hey... money is money.
Then I tried a few more games like Monopoly Go, Carnival Tycoon, Disney Solitaire. A few bucks trickled in. I thought, Okay, this is fine. Maybe a little time consuming, sure, but not bad. I’ll hit the first cash‑out threshold and dip.
But then…
I met BoxJam, the game that ruined my vision and my trust.

BoxJam became my addition and my entire personality. I was literally having dreams about it when I wasn't playing.
I was crushing levels, making money AND having fun.
It was the perfect storm. I played and I played....
Two months.
Thousands of levels.
Me convincing myself, “Just one more tier and I’ll quit.”
Spoiler alert: I did not quit....

Then came the final tier, the big one. The $150 reward.
Just 1,000 more levels.

I powered through like a caffeinated raccoon.
I hit level 5006.

And then…
Crickets.
Absolute silence.
No reward.
No “completed” checkmark.
No confetti.
Not even a pity notification.
Just me, blinking at my screen, wondering if I hallucinated the entire offer.
Enter Freecash Support Team: A Choose‑Your‑Own‑Adventure of Disappointment
I reached out to support.
They told me to wait 72 hours.
Weird, none of my other offers ever needed that, but fine.
72 hours later: nothing.
Then came the AI bots.
Then the “submit a ticket” loop.
Then the “we can’t verify it” denial.
Then the “submit another ticket” rerun.
Then the request for my Google Play purchase history, (which had absolutely nothing to do with anything) but I sent it anyway.
Denied. Again.

At this point, I’ve provided more documentation than a mortgage application, but... still denied? With claims of a "fair review"? How? I sent screen shots with time stamps. My progress was being tracked perfectly until the big one. None of my new offers were even tracking. I did everything they asked (more than once) and they just say "No"? No reason either. Just claimed to value me as a member blah blah blah.

The Community Chat
I checked the members chat.
Turns out… it’s not just me.
Everyone is having the same issue. No rewards. No help. Just a vicious cycle of "please wait 72 hours" and "DENIED".
Apparently, all of our devices “malfunctioned” at the exact same moment — right when any high reward was supposed to trigger.
What a coincidence.
Support’s stance?
User error.
Every other offer tracked perfectly, but any big one?
Nope.
Suddenly we’re all wrong, confused, or incompetent.

The Physical Toll
During my time on Freecash, I made a little over $500 total through different games. But, they took their share. Every cashout cost me around $5.00 (some offers alone were only worth $5.00. Some were even less than that. So, some offers you completely lose just by cashing out).
After two months of BoxJam, my eyesight is blurry, my patience is gone, and my trust in their "support system" is… let’s say “under review.”
Final Verdict: Welcome to the Freecash Circus 🎪
After a month of trying to get this resolved, I’ve been tossed around like a juggling pin in a clown show.
No resolution. No reward. No access to support anymore (they literally have blocked the button off for myself and others that were in the member chat).
So, my prize is a whole lot of wasted time and a $150 ghost reward.

Would not recommend unless you enjoy grinding thousands of levels for nothing and being told your device magically malfunctioned at the worst possible moment, submitting screenshots into the void, being gaslit by support scripts and joining a community of equally frustrated players
Avoid at all costs.
Your sanity (and your eyesight) deserve better.

Omg, this must have been so frustrating! I do a lot of surveys for money and some of my survey sites have started offering cash for playing games, but it's such a small amount for so much effort. I usually only get a few levels in then give up lol!
♥️I just finished your Freecash saga. That antithesis in your subtitle caught me immediately, but the line about BoxJam 'ruining your vision and your trust' is what really got me, a clever use of zeugma. Those short sentences and the aposiopesis made me feel like I’d been dumped and divorced right along with you!
The support loop description is both funny and disturbing. Anyone who has dealt with automated denial systems will recognize this immediately. You captured that helpless spiral perfectly.
So sorry Sara. I have played lots of these games, not so much for the money but because I enjoy spending half an hour here and there over a cup of tea of download. I have been enticed by some that have adds where the bank balance just keeps going up and up, but I have never found one that actually pays out anything. Nada, Nics, Zip!!! I played a recent one that was a simple bingo game. Cash out at anytime (yeah right). I got to $115 and thought I was going to cash out. There was no cash-out button. I finally got an AI bot that said. This is only for enjoyment; you don't ever actually win anything. They are all the same.
I've never heard of Freecash before. Abubakar can go eff himself. So sorry you got scammed this way but thank you for letting us know about this. Gosh I can only imagine how frustrating and disappointing this is. I really hope hope that somehow you get that $150
Damn! What a fricken hassle! It’s like a legitimate scam in ways. They pay out a few times, entice you to go further, then bam! Users learn that ‘Freecash’ is more like free bs. Sorry that you had to go through that. But for what it’s worth, this was professionally written. And could be uploaded to their review page. Lots of playful, yet apt lines to describe the frustration, like: powering through like a caffeinated raccoon. And: staring at my phone like a betrayed spouse. Thank you for warning us. And please update if it ever changes in your favor. I won’t anticipate that though.
That sounds so incredibly frustrating. You should leave a Google Review and link this story. They may end up regretting making an enemy out of such a well spoken and talented writer.
