7 (More) Apps That Will Pay You (Or at Least Give You Free Stuff)

Apps to Make Money From Home

By Rachel BerryPublished 6 years ago 3 min read

This is not sponsored, none of these apps are paying me to promote them. I just wanted to share my findings with people, since these are apps I use regularly. This is also an updated list, since I shared one a while ago, and many of those apps don’t exist anymore.

1Q

This app pays you a little bit at a time, but since I’ve downloaded it I’ve gotten $34. The way this app works is they send you questions, and each question is worth a certain amount. They’re usually worth between $0.25 and $1, depending on how in depth the questions are. You have to turn on notifications if you want to get the questions in time, since they expire after a short period of time. They send you the money straight to PayPal, so there’s no minimum cash out amount.

ClipClaps

This is a video watching app that gives you rewards for watching. This one is a little bit harder to cash out in, but I’ve cashed out multiple times. When you watch videos, they give you treasure chests that have scratchers and coins in them. Treasure chests have coins or raffle tickets for prizes in them, and the coins can be exchanged for cash. The exchange rate is 10k coins for $0.10, but it’s very easy to get coins, especially if you spend a lot of time on the app. There’s a $10 minimum cash out, but you can also cash out at $15 and $20.

Panel App

This app uses your location to give you short surveys based on your location. You get points for answering the surveys, as well as just visiting locations, and you can cash out to quite a few gift cards (Amazon, Walmart, Visa). I usually cash out to Amazon, because it takes the least amount of points. A $2 Amazon gift card costs 4k points.

Pony Go

This one is basically the same thing as Lucky Day (which is no longer available). You get scratch off tickets which give you cash or coins. The coins can be redeemed for gift cards and Paypal. Don’t expect to reach the $10 amount in the cash reward, since you never seem to reach the amount. Just save up your coins so you can get the gift cards and PayPal payments.

ZAP surveys

ZAP surveys is one that takes a while to cash out on, but they’re legit and you don’t have to do a lot on it. They have surveys you can take, and they have a daily login reward. You need $30 to cash out, but there’s a lot of ways to earn in this app. They also give you location rewards, which is usually $0.07 just for visiting a store. Most of the time I get the location rewards just for driving by a location. They also incorporated a new feature where you can scan certain grocery items and you get cash just for scanning them. You don’t have to purchase the item to receive the reward.

Current Music

This is a radio station app that gives you coins for listening to their stations. The amount varies per song, but I find I usually end up getting about 4 coins per song. They offer a wide variety of rewards. They have gift cards and PayPal, but they also have things like airpods and smart watches. You can leave the music playing in the background while you do things and rake in the coins. Occasionally you have to watch a video to continue earning, but that’s usually if you’ve let it sit for a long time with no interaction.

Verydice

Verydice is an app that gives you dice rolls. When you roll the dice, you get the number of tickets on the dice. So if you roll a 7, you get 7 tickets. You get daily spins which give you rolls, and you can also watch ads to get more rolls. You can also purchase more rolls if you so choose, but I personally don’t. Tickets can be redeemed for physical prizes, or newly added gift cards. I’ve redeemed multiple times through this app, and the items are fulfilled through Amazon. There’s a wide variety of physical prizes, so if you don’t see something you want from their redemption feed, you can search for specific items.
