A Perfect Routine
Elevate your productivity to the next level.

Hola amigos… Let’s construct a perfect routine for ourselves today, as I promised in the last newsletter. (If you haven’t read the time management newsletter,' Own Your Time ', I suggest reading that first to have a foundation for this one.)
Making a routine be it a morning schedule or a late-night plan is as important as your work and goals. Different people are productive at different times of the day, so their routines will obviously be different, how can I tell everyone the same thing through this newsletter to fit in theirs?
Well, let’s find the answer together.
Can you please get out of this cozy comfy place you’re in, and grab a pen and paper, or your handset’s notes app will do the work as well. Once you’re ready to write with your tools, jot down everything that you want to fit into your day (some things may not be in daily schedules but need to be done weekly or monthly, write them as well). Now, roughly estimate the number of hours for each of your tasks- if you've 4 things to do- gym, office/college hours, book reading, and family time, already decide how many hours you will need to spend on each task. Okay, great work done. Relax your fingers now.
Now, you know how much you are required to cover in a day. Dattebayo
Fix a time or a time range for waking up in the morning, be it 5 AM, 8-9 AM range, or anything that you want to incorporate for a healthy start to a productive day. Fix the time for sleeping as well, please (maybe you will take a nap in the day, write it as well, oh is your nap 3 hours long o_o). Okay, you’re doing good and you’ve in front of you, the amount of time in your whole day that you can use for all the tasks except sleeping.
Calculate the time you need to do the daily work like cleaning, bathing, eating, walking, etc. Subtract it from your awake time. Subtract 1 or 2 hours more (trust me) for adding some urgencies or requirements or extra work later. Now you have the time you can spend as you like, you may want to be productive on the whole or you may want to add some exercise or game sessions to that. Subtract that physical work time from this time and you have the number of hours you want to spend productive. Well done budd!
Now you have the time and you have the tasks. Start your productive day with something that motivates you to focus for a long time (self-help book reading, journalling, workout). If your time exceeds the time required by all the tasks, then well and good. You can start a new book or learn a new skill alongside. If your required time exceeds the time limit, then you’ve to adjust your task’s time according to the time you have and that is completely normal, don’t worry. It’s a sign you are being realistic and honest with yourself.
Make the time blocks for each task in your own way.
Just make sure to not overdo the same thing for hours. We wake up with a limited amount of energy and it should be spent wisely doing what we are supposed to do.
Switch to another work when you feel bored, but don’t quit early. Make sure to add some breaks for snacks, breathing the fresh air, journalling, or hydrating.
Exert yourself, let your brain cells stretch a bit more, let’s focus for 1 minute more when you feel like quitting, and let yourself be 1% better every day, but make sure to do it at a limit that you stay motivated to do it the next day as well.
Best of luck! You can do whatever you decide to do, All you need is Determination and Consistency!
Some tips.:
Keep it simple, don’t overstress yourself.
Make sure to add plenty of time for planning and reflecting on what you’ve done and what you should do.
Make sure to stay hydrated while working (yeah, this was super important because we often forget to drink water in our busy schedules. Water helps your brain cells communicate with each other and clear the toxins that impair brain functions.)
Do some stretching or walking or any physical motion to prevent you from sleeping or getting overburdened.
Remember, it’s during the tough time of your life, that you learn the most valuable lessons of your life.
You got this! You’re good to go on a productive journey with yourself. If something is left that I didn’t cover in this, let me know in the comments. I’ll soon tell you ‘The 5 Am Club’ inspired morning routine to ‘own your morning and elevate your growth.’
Wait for just a few more lines to read, please…

Nice...
Your article is truly excellent. I learned a lot from it. Here are some suggestions for topics you could write about: - How to overcome laziness? - Why do we experience competition and jealousy towards others? - Why is it essential to set goals for living? - Do we really contribute to the world of evil? - How to stop yourself from constantly changing your goals and dreams? - How to stay filled with positive energy even during the toughest times in life? I hope you find these ideas interesting. You might also enjoy reading my stories if you like fictional and philosophical narratives. Thanks!
