Inspire and Encourage EXAMPLE

My name is Sandra Landau R.N. Mental health advocate from Metro Detroit Michigan. I have inspired and encouraged a group from All-Star Coaching to join me in launching a three fold vision to create light in the darkness of the world using AWARENESS and PARTICIPATION. Its time to rise up , lock arms and light the world on fire with peace , love and light. I have created a challenge, story sharing platform and an Founded an Organization to inspire and encourage the movement of love and light creating inspiration and encouragement around the world.

The Light it up challenge was created to bring AWARENESS that our people are desperate for light. We are encouraging the world to UNITE and use the color Yellow for HOPE . To light up social media , the internet , homes, businesses , organizations, hospitals, healthcare facilities, Communities, States and Countries providing comfort and giving a united visible that WE as a people are locking arms and we aren't alone. PARTICIPATION is to do something kind and post a video or picture to social media challenging three other people by name to #lightitup. Positive and inspiring real life kindness for other people to watch while flooding social media , the internet and the world with video's and pictures of people shining their inner light and being kind.

I created RockStar Testimony as a platform to launch the Challenge and shine the spotlight on those that are shining their inner light in the world. We share videos and stories to inspire and encourage example. We do interviews where we get real and talk about how we feel. People share their dark times in life, what they have gone through ,what helps or has helped them to overcome and to get through their darkness to be able to shine their inner light now. We talk about what they are doing now to shine their light to help other people.

The third part that I have created is a Non-Profit Organization called Love and Light to the World. This organization was founded in November 2021. Our vision and mission is to spread love and light with Large scale acts of kindness with no limits or boundaries to who we can help , for what reason and where . This three fold vision has no exclusions and includes everyone in all walks of life , every where in the world. Humanity Hit back with peace love and light . I am one person but together we can light up the darkness. I challenge you to #lightitup.
