the neurons and

A cup of hot milk tea
with curling steam,
in the balcony garden,

The safety and privacy
of own cozy home.
That’s what I call
glorious solitude.
wellbeing habits
A meaningful time
spent in growth efforts
and self-care practice.
We all need healing
from the problems of life.
Nature, gardens,
books and tea—
are formidable weapons
against those stressors.
They will restore
emotional integrity
and equip with wisdom.
Surround yourself
with these allies.
