Creation Was Created

I have no doubt there’s Someone there

For where did everything come from

The starry skies, life everywhere

And prophesies of more to come

Some say creation just appeared

This ignorance compounds our shame

Such Power needs to be revered

Instead we disrespect His Name

Creation of such complex life

It points to the Almighty One

Intelligent design is rife

And speaks to how it all begun

If there’s a book, an author lives

If songs are sung, songwriter’s write

A play that’s wrote, a playwright gives

Who writes a poem, a poet might

No “thing” comes forth all on its own

Where nothing is, nothing creates

This simple logic’s long been shown

Can’t common sense guide our debates

Creation has a Maker too

How else could all creation thrive

This all reveals a massive clue

If One creates, that One’s alive
