Dear best friend,
What an incredibly busy schedule. I can appreciate why your domestic duties are always on your mind and in your heart as they directly impact your family and children. I understand this as when I worked in the past I would be feeling the same thing when I got home(to cook, clean, etc).
Associate teacher is an excellent and important job and I’m proud that you do this. It sounds like overall your family is stable and doing well. How is everything with the preacher? Is he treating you well and at least giving you your space?
I am leaving mine sooner than I expected. I’ll let you know the exact date. Most likely this week or next.

Dear best friend, I hope you are well. Memories are such a vicious cycle. You think you are happy one minute, the next, you are reminded of something horrible you thought you forgot. I have too many terrible memories but I also have many great memories, I try to remember my humanity and feel blessed to be alive.

I feature television commercials telling immigrants that we will give them a free plane ride home, and if they voluntarily turn themselves in, they will be allowed to legally apply for re-entry. It runs everywhere, and I look good in it! You can’t compete because of your blond hair. Mine is nicer, and my lips are prettier than yours.”
