Eternal Blues

and seeing beyond

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I dreamed of being under the blue and above the blue and beside the blue.
And there I found peace and the whisper of eternal, peaceful calm.
There I understood the mysteries of all the complexities of life...
And forgiveness permeated my soul. It was there--I became an ancient.
But I wasn't alone. The Great One was there and beside me, His love.
Many other souls abode, as well. We stood in awe and our tears
Dropped to the ground so azure, not from sadness, emptiness, or longing,
But from joy and completeness, and all so pure. The drops made a river.
The river reached the stars and to the beyond, bubbling with purpose.
I understood then that no tears have ever been wasted, but heard and felt
And used to make this world I found myself in. I saw them flow in gently
But they landed as lights that even outshined the beauty of the Auroras.
Realizing that is how the Ancients are formed, their souls in utter peace.
