Fear Not, My Child
Our one and only child your futures so bright

Fear Not, My Child
Fear not, my sweet, my precious one,
Though paths are steep, the day’s not done.
Your hands in ours, so small, so true,
Mummy loves you — and Daddy too.
Your heart may race, your world may spin,
But strength, my love, comes from within.
No shadow dark can steal your light,
We stand beside you, day and night.
Safe you are, and safe you’ll stay,
Our love will never drift away.
Through every tear, through every smile,
We’ll walk with you each tender mile.
Fear not, my child, just hold on tight,
With us, your world will shine so bright.
You are our world, you are our light,
We will guide you to a future so bright.

I've been writing poetry since the age of fourteen. With pen in hand, I wander through realms unseen. The pen holds power; ink reveals hidden thoughts. A poet may speak truth or weave a tale. You decide. Let pen and ink capture your mind❤️

Simply a poem of parents' love for a child/children.
The poem is infused with a profound love for children. It emphasizes the importance of their parents' support for them to draw inner strength and feel secure. Our children are the hope and comfort of the future.
