In the dawn of tender youth,
Where innocence meets truth,
A heart untouched by sorrow,
Glimmers bright, hopes to borrow.

Eyes that spark like morning dew,
With every glance, something new,
A dance of souls, so shy, so bold,
In whispered dreams, stories told.

First love, a breath, a sigh,
A fleeting touch as time slips by,
A melody that softly plays,
In the corridors of yesterday’s.

It lingers sweet, like honey’s taste,
A memory that time can't erase,
The heart recalls with gentle ease,
That first sweet kiss, that first soft breeze.

No shadow falls upon that light,
Though years may turn day into night,
For first love stays, a sacred part,
A silent song within the heart.

Though time may carry us afar,
And life may draw its heavy scar,
That first pure love, unscathed, untamed,
Lives on, forever unashamed.

So let the world spin wild and fast,

love poems
