“Hollow Pins”

Sitting here an echo in the wind

like distant pins.

No feeling deep within.

A stabbing pain like knife blades

pressed upon my leather skin.

Shooting down my legs,

wishing I could run again.

Take a break,

No need to fake,

So much pain when I begin to live

again…

There is a lot of pain here, implied; both physical and emotional. I, like Manisha, hope you're okay.
