Home is where I smile.
It’s where I smile wider than a sequoia tree.
Home is where I put laundry in a big pile.
Home is not how it used to be.
Home used to be emotionally terrifying.
Home used to be a mystery to me.
Home used to feel like dying.
Not anymore.
Now at home you can go flying.
My old home was such a bore.
Now I’m able to go kiting.
I don’t have to open the door to strangers anymore.
I don’t have to let toxins into my being.
Not anymore.
This new home is safe.
I don’t have to worry about my life anymore.
I don’t have to be paranoid.
I’m finally at home where I smile more and more.
