How to avoid feeling lost in a chaotic environment

Although a chaotic environment can sometimes make you feel lost

it doesn't mean you're stuck in that routine

Try to do your tasks according to plan or according to how you feel

Let your creativity express what you feel by experiencing other chaotic behaviors, it will give you the freedom to return to your true self, energize you, and revive your being

If you feel that your emotions are taking control of you, let them be and, if you can, release them all, cry, feel sadness, anger, even those you cannot explain.

You can use emotional sound healing to help release them from your organs, body, and mind, but continue to express them freely in every creative way possible. If you feel overwhelmed and exhausted by physical symptoms, try to return to nature, even if you feel discomfort.

Attempts always help you survive, go outside, spend time in nature, even your own garden has a lot to offer, if you can't watch the world through the window, look at the sky in the distance and try to feel free from everything and everyone around you, and most importantly, accept chaos, accept chaotic people, behaviors, and even noise. When you reach a deeper part of yourself, connecting your body with your mind, it will become much easier by training yourself to accept and treat background noise as something natural that has to be there.

When the pain becomes unbearable, as does the environment, and you feel like you are losing your balance, always stop, no matter how far you have come in achieving your goals, just stop and that's it.

Every day, try to comfort and calm your body and mind, at the same time setting yourself new challenges, both mental and physical. This will stimulate areas that have become stuck in a rut, and calmness will lead you to self-control and less impulsive actions. It may not reduce your symptoms at first, but day by day it may begin to reduce them enough that you feel comfortable outside of your environment, outside of other people's energy, and outside of the whole stressful situations. Stay free from it with your chosen meditation practice, but don't drift away; stay grounded. It is important that you remain in your own reality every day, outside of all the other worlds of other people that have been created to imprison or block you, but step by step, slowly build this new kind of foundation, regardless of whether you succeed or not. Continuous attempts keep you fresh, new, and improve you on all levels. If you have days when you really want to stop and feel like giving up, allow yourself to fail sometimes, because one day of failure can become a milestone and your all may incredibly improve, suddenly bringing you to a completely new level, a new state of being that will last long enough, you are getting better and better, moving where you should
