How to clear your mind start from morning walks or exercises if you dont feel like doing it so

Stay in bed and while being in bed calm down your mind and body if they are on a loop with many thoughts by just slowing down as if you were slowing your life purely into the sound of the nature

just send signal to your body that you are slowing down now means you are entering a very relaxed chillax time and moment for as long as you really need it so its infinity for now on and since that moment you feel very very comforting very relaxed you feel peace you feel your body calming your heart is not racing your mind are not jumping around anymore

you simply are entering into the very relaxed state you can't quite name it but in all the noises that you can listen from the outside or inside of your room and house suddenly you are able to hear the sound of the birds singing and welcoming you in the morining its a signal for your nervous system to also calm down you start to kind of feel sleepy but not sleepy your mind are still active open but they are more calm more open but nothing in them and nothing from the outside is creating any reaction inside of you , you become an observer of the world outside and of your own mind inside you just notice observe in a very calm way all is well all is well and you start in this world tap into the inner of you the inner of your own natural space in this space all is well all is good all is relaxed no matter what is outside what was yesterday what was even 10 minutes ago whatever it was it is getting very less less important it slightly disappears all the reaction of your own body and of others are disappearing quietly completely calmly now you are in a very good very comforting very relaxed state as if taking a nap from all that is happening outside also from all that will happen in the future you are taking a nap your mind start to clear clear become empty like a blue sky become less bothered by whatever is happening around less and less triggers can get you and you become more and more happier your inner smile start to arrive it can be very little gentle almost a sleepy smile but its starts to awaken in every cell of yours and becoming bigger and bigger even you almost start to listen the beautiful smiling of your every cell relaxing comforting every organ every tissue every muscle and your whole body mind being, all is connected into One being of Yours you are One connected all is well all is well so be it !
