What do you do when your love life has been a Series of Unfortunate Events? 👁️
You start spilling tea about your trauma on your blog (under a pseudonym, of course).
Yesterday, one of my articles, “The Annoying Trauma Response Born of Narcissistic Abuse”, made it to the Top Stories page of Vocal+. I could not be more grateful to have received my second recognition on that site.
As a survivor of years of violence and manipulation, I’ve spent the 3 years since my escape learning all I can about the effects of unhealthy relationships on our behavior and health. I hope you’ll join me as we explore my previous work in the justice system along with my own personal story. Together, we're raising the voices of victims everywhere.
I am so grateful for the amazing communities on Vocal, Medium, and Instagram, and I look forward to sharing more experiences and resources to help you find your way back after trauma.
