When I saw this image, I was struck by how similar the clouds looked to waves in the ocean. Clouds be as mighty as waves yet disappear and be calm. They both should not be underestimated; clouds and waves are powerful in their own way.

A lovely haiku and the analogy is superb. I've been surprised that there don't seem to be too many written about the aurora(s). So far yours and mine are the only ones I've read.
