Not So Alien Space Travel
Introducing ET to the Internet

In a world both strange and wide,
Where stars in cosmic dance collide,
A visitor from realms unknown,
Met our World Wide Web, a travel zone.
With eyes aglow in curious grace,
The alien gazed upon this place,
Where data streams in endless flow,
In the cyber realms where humans go.
"I've journeyed far from distant skies,
To see this place with my own eyes,
What magic lies in this machine,
Where sights and sounds are always seen?"
We guided them through cyber's gate,
To navigate this vast estate,
Where knowledge and art interlace,
In the boundless reaches of cyberspace.
They marveled at the websites' art,
A canvas for each human heart,
From science's depth to poetry's rhyme,
The Internet's treasure, an endless mine.
With every click, a world anew,
A universe of thoughts and views,
From memes that made them laugh out loud,
To knowledge that made them feel so proud.
But amidst the memes and gifs so neat,
They questioned if this world was complete,
For though the web brought joy and mirth,
It also showed the pain of Earth.
With empathy, we shared the tears,
The struggles of our human years,
In the digital realm, they came to see,
The beauty and complexity of humanity.
And so, this alien, once unknown,
Found in our web a brand new home,
For in the vastness of the net's expanse,
They found a world that made them dance.
In unity, we learned to share,
To bridge the gap from here to there,
Introducing alien to the internet's grace,
A cosmic meeting in cyberspace.
