doesn’t like the clothes
in her closet
even though
she bought them only
a month ago —
they don’t feel like her
not anymore

She‘s picky
careful about who
she talks to
who she lets in
cause all she knows
is how much it hurts
to be left behind
and tossed aside
when you’re not so picky
with who you let inside
