It is essential

that we cultivate

positive mindset

in a world filled with challenges.

The idea of training our mind

to ‘see the good in every situation’

is an important routine to have

every day of our lives.

Daily meditation

encourages us and strengthens our mental health,

which is one of the most important aspects of our lives.

This will also help us

to see the ‘positives’,

even in challenges that we face

every single day of our lives.

“Seeing the good in every situation”

fosters hope and unity and strength.

Balance is needed

to see the positive

but also to accept the truth

of the situation.

In this way,

we become resilient and strong

in our lives.
