Serenity Amid Chaos

In the quiet whispers of the night,

Across the miles, beyond our sight,

Two hearts beat with a weary grace,

In a long-distance lover's embrace.

Fights flare up, like storms at sea,

Tossing us in waves of misery.

Yet in the eye of every storm,

We find a love that keeps us warm.

Idealized by those who see,

A perfect love, in you and me.

But inside, we feel so hollow,

Struggling with each new tomorrow.

Sailing through the chaos wide,

No common ground where we can hide.

Tired hearts, yet holding tight,

Refusing to give up the fight.

Will this storm of difference end,

Or will it break what we defend?

Through the waves, we sail and strive,

Hoping our love will survive.

Serenity amid the chaos found,

In love's unyielding, silent sound.

Together, apart, our souls align,

In the chaos, our hearts entwine.
