❤️❤️❤️❤️For the first time ever, yesterday we saw these owls flying over fields, about 60 miles north of Seattle. They are about the size of a crow. My husband got a video. Many people lined the sides of the country road. Beautiful and golden with black marks under wings, as the fly at dusk onemightmistake them for a harrier. She sat for photos, watching and calling, then took off. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

What a beautiful sight to see in person. There is something peaceful about watching an owl wait for its moment like that. I am so glad you and your husband got to be there and capture it.
