Made me smile. Love it. I do bed yoga. I am an old fart. LOL
I am 72 and have only recently tried stretching. I'm not sure about it yet. You can stiffen up just sitting for an hour, so I'm hoping it will help with that! Then again, maybe it is too late.😊💖 Thank you!💕💗
