Surreal breeze carrying fallen leaves
brushes my wind chimes
a classical tease
waking up my dreamy queues
for a drive around the autumn sleeve
I dive into my comfy fur
slowly warming up for the chilling sneeze
sweeping in through my window drafts
I curl up my curtains to witness
a gust of soft, crispy dew
falling on my porch
filling up my heart
a wintry crew of flakes
awaiting to be cuddled
happiness being home
//
I lazily crawl out of my cozy den
I step out with my curious keys
cruising through seasonal meet
driving joy, soaked in flurries
melting in its sweetest way
adoring foggy streets
nourishing transiting bees
welcoming the arrival
crowning the sleeping trees
thriving in silence
with a veil of foamy sea
//
I slow down
relishing the surreal breeze
freezing my cheeks.
About the Creator
Parvathi J
Through my pages, I find the quiet complexities of pain dwelling in a solitary space, burdening life’s endless demands, and unburdening the voiceless noise.
Witnessing the questioning, I speak the deeper silence of my voice.
