How beautiful it is to wake up to find the first snow on the ground

All around you, a white blanket of snow draped over everything

Cold air brushes your face as you breathe out, taking it all in

Throwing that first snowball, feeling like a kid again

Making snow angels as snow comes down on top of you

Taking a moment, enjoying life's simplest joys

Just as a child hoping for a snow day from school

Sticking your tongue out, tasting freshly fallen snow

No worries, no cares, just the snow and your dreams

The feeling of sitting by the fireplace

Thinking nothing could be better as this first snowy day
