Learn to live in the now. Don’t stress for the future.

Worry for tomorrow leaves less for the future.

It’s always yesterday and tomorrow. You're never present now.

Shift mental gears and learn to focus on the ever present now.

Turn off your chaotic thoughts and live in the moment.

The present is the gift that loves to give for the moment.

See the most visible sights. Breathe in the current air.

Focus on the most current affairs. Nothing compares.

So take a deep breath. Go head and inhale and exhale.

Living in this very second is where stress fails.

When you don’t focus on the future you won’t fear it now.

Hear it now. Nothing else matters when you live in the here and now.
