The Ocean's Laughter

An Ode to the Ocean's Whimsy

By Finola bozlarPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Oh ocean, how vast and wide,

A place where creatures thrive and hide,

Where waves crash and ships take flight,

A world of mystery and endless light.

But hold on a minute, let's not be so serious,

For the ocean has a sense of humor that's quite delirious,

With its tidal waves and wacky creatures,

It's a world of laughter, not just features.

Let's start with the octopus, a tricky fellow,

He can change color and blend in like Jello,

He'll squeeze through tight spaces and play with your mind,

A true prankster, one of a kind.

And what about the seagulls, don't they just make you smile,

With their quirky calls and pilfering style,

They'll steal your fries and don't give a hoot,

Leaving you with empty hands and a story to tell in your youth.

Oh the ocean, so much more than just water,

It's a world of humor and laughter,

So next time you're feeling down, take a dip,

In the ocean's embrace and feel its silly grip.

So here's to the ocean, the master of comedy,

A world where laughter is always guaranteed,

So dive in and let it fill you with glee,

For the ocean's humor is one of the keys.
