The Stone Unburdened
A Poem of Climbing and Overcoming

The weight upon my chest, a stone,
Heavy burden, all alone.
A mountain path, so steep and long,
Doubt whispers, where do I belong?
Scars etched deep, reminders past,
Battles fought, some won, some cast.
Tears I've cried, a salty stream,
Yet hope flickers, a distant gleam.
One step I take, a shaky start,
Muscles tense, a work of art.
The wind whispers, "You've braved the storm,
Strength within you, keeps you warm."
Each step a triumph, though so small,
Victories earned, I stand up tall.
The path unfolds, a winding way,
But sunrise paints a brand new day.
The weight lessens, piece by piece,
Resilience blooms, I find release.
The mountain peak, once out of sight,
Now bathes in golden morning light.
So let the scars be lessons learned,
A testament to battles burned.
For I have climbed, with grit and grace,
And found the strength to win this race.
