Standing tall and alone, I face the darkness , the heat of the sun, the cold and the wind,
For I am sent on a mission to serve you
When you dream of a home, I make your dream become reality by offering you my best
From me you draw your bed so you can securely sleep, keeping you safe from the dust
Instead of sitting on the floor I offer you a chair
I provide you a table where you arrange your personal items, bringing order into your life
I respect your value and dignity
You run to my shades when the sun is hot
I offer you free oxygen to stay a live
I give you wood for fire to cook and keep your home warm and comfortable
I value your life
Not only that, I am the world and home to the birds and the insects, am their life support system
Modernisation and technology can not replace me, in fact they increase my value
What makes me different from iron and metal is that I carry life and can reproduce myself
A life style, an idea and a product can be outdated, but like sun and water, I am impossible to replace

After resolving a serious conflict between my sister and her offender, the peacemaker shared the sugar canes amongst the families of the victim and the families of the offender who are witnessing the event to indicate that the conflict is resolved and peace is reached.
