Throw a pebble into the sea,

Let you cares drift far away

Throw a pebble into the sea,

Let go of your worries, set them free.

Watch the ripples drift and glide,

Let the water take your pride.

The wind will carry all your sighs,

The clouds will hold your heavy cries.

The shore will catch what you let fall,

The sea can carry it all, it all.

Stand a moment, breathe the air,

Feel the salt wind in your hair.

Throw a pebble, one more time,

Let the water wash your mind.

The tide will pull your fears away,

The sun will rise on a lighter day.

No need to speak, no need to try,

Just watch the seabirds wheel and fly.

Let the sand cool off your feet,

Let your heart find its own beat.

Throw a pebble, small and round,

Let it sink without a sound.

Whatever burdens you may bear,

Toss them gently through the air.

The sea is wide, the sea is deep,

It holds the dreams you wish to keep.

So stand once more beside the tide,

No need to run, no need to hide.

Throw a pebble, set it free,

And leave your cares upon the sea
