Trauma, Oh Mama

I can only do what I can do to heal, so the goings on don't push me right back to my unhealed trauma

Mother Earth, Father Sky

why oh why

are not all living things

respected, and this brings

me to today

the fear and anger in this day

~

And what about strife

is that a part of life?

Yes, however constant

strife is not good for an infant

or for any of us. Breath

in all the way into the depth

of your being, with your

tongue on the roof of your

mouth take 10 deep diaphramatic

breaths. Knees slightly bent

Caution, not to be dramatic

~

Healing can be free, you should be

controlling your nervous

system, not others. The tears,

then go for your ears

they can be used, massage tops

and lobes of the ears,

accupuncture, accupressure the ears,

it brings healing all the way from head to toes

by pressing points in ears.

The powers of the vagus nerves

are the ears, with points

that will heal headaches, and so

much... most everything I know

~

The master of my life is me

and is where I want to be

Trauma takes so much time

to work out, start now with this rhyme.

Be your own teacher, yes my mama

to heal from your trauma.

Mother Earth and Father Sky

my culture, will help me to fly high!

Beautifully expressed! “The master of my life is me and is where I want to be” - the gem of the poem and what we need to remember.

Lovely. And very true! We all need to look for strength within ourselves, but remember to breathe and heal.

What a great reminder, Denise, to look for strength in ourselves and Mother Earth and Father Sky. We all need to be grounded.

Just keep thinking your good thoughts and you should be fine. Good job in expressing your needs and wants in this day.
