There are always things we can't say out loud. Sometimes, we need to understand that earning someone's trust is crucial for them to open up. They might want to share with you but aren't sure if you're trustworthy. It's not your fault; they might have trust issues.
A little patience can help them build that trust. Let them talk, let them express what's in their heart. When they realize you truly listen and care, they'll feel safe enough to open up.
