Leap of Faith

Love sick poet thoughts

By K FPublished 2 years ago Updated 2 years ago 1 min read

What is wrong with me?

I never let myself get this vulnerable

How the hell did you get past my walls

I strategically placed to protect my heart?

Am I losing my mind?

You ask me anything and I just fold,

Giving everything you ask as if my life is a novel.

I’m letting you see through me like the curtains pulled from a window.

I never trust this early,

Nor do I allow someone to see me at my rawest form.

Yet, you cracked the code to Pandora’s box that is my heart and soul.

If you are given the key; just handle with care.

I don’t think I can take another break,

But here I am taking a leap of faith with you.

You have so much love to give! A heart, soul, and mind of boundless beauty ... take that leap girl! They'll catch you 🩷

  • Big hearts take risks. It’s just what we do. Feel big, act big. Filled with too much hope. A gift and a curse.
