After battling cancer on two occasions, John Cena remains a champion. With his retirement from the ring in WWE, he has transitioned into more film roles and other ventures. He continues to push forward despite whatever injuries or problems he may have in his life.

Just the images of him emerging slowly from the vehicle is mind shattering. This staggering figure of muscle and mind always looked like he had a spring in his step. Now, he struggles to get out of cars. It’s sad to see but the fact he fights on with his brilliant resolve is nothing short of amazing.

In his capacity to be a warrior on the canvas, he extends that into his personal life. With his diagnoses of skin cancer, he has partnered with Neutrogena to help promote skin care and to be resilient in the face of the dangers of sun exposure.

His entire life and career has been staked on achieving greatness with his multiple championships. They are all reflections of his superior status in the ring. For him to make his name in America is yet another success story that is hardly discussed nowadays. Cynicism and regret color the conversations of most people who never attained the stature of Cena.

Because they couldn’t reach the pinnacles of success that John Cena has, they resort to small, imp-like positions and castigate him and others for their wealth, fame, and prosperity.

In the video, it appears that Cena takes the hand of an attractive female. He walks in an uneven gait but she balances him. Whoever this woman is she needs to be celebrated for almost literally holding him down in his reduced state.

By taking on the elements of hatred all around him, he has nonetheless brought to bear his own level of greatness. Bound to be enshrined in the WWE Hall of Fame, John Cena takes himself seriously and doesn’t laugh at himself, but can still be lighthearted and humorous. His ego is so big because he is able to keep in check the idea of narcissism.

Because he has battled with cancer, he knows what it feels like to be on the other side of hurt. His resilience and ability to fight remain his chief powers in integrating a life full of prospect and wonder. The former had afforded the chance to achieve while the latter allowed him the opportunity to bask in his glory.

So, for him to exit vehicles in a slow way, to struggle is a metaphor for his life. He’s been struggling ever since his days in West Newbury, Massachusetts. This is the definition of a man whose body has been abused by punishing blow after blow over decades. As a sportsman and a degree-holder, he could have done anything else but professional wrestling which is very real. Yes, there are storylines and plots but that’s what gives the sport its glory.

To consider his career to be good would be a massive understatement. Cena has created something of strength and finesse that has propped him up over the years. As he stepped away from the ring, in the future, he will continue to be the rock star athlete, even if he is hampered by disease and fatigue.

The fighter in him will keep on pushing him to reach those greater heights and seek greater days. In his way of dealing with his problems, he is a warrior who champions the idea of do for self and never throw down your sword in fear. Though he may be in a rough spot now, let’s see how he turns his calamity into conquest.
