Another year and another season by the hapless Cleveland Browns. Cleveland has not played well all season and is at the bottom of many different offensive and defensive categories. What's wrong with the Cleveland Browns? Let's take a closer look at the problems that Cleveland is facing right now.

Many people want to toss it at the feet of Deshaun Watson, but reality is it's not all his fault. Yes, at times he has not played well, other times he has been failed by players around him. Many dropped balls, and a patchwork offensive line has not helped. When he gets the offense going it seems penalties crop up to hurt this team.

Defensively, the Cleveland Browns are missing too many easy tackles and some players like Myles Garrett were playing hurt. Last season this was a Top 5 defense, but they are far from that right now. Pentalies and missed assignments continue to plague this team on a weekly basis. That hasn't been fixed in the last four weeks and I don't know if it will ever get fixed.

Even the kicking game has failed the Browns on different occasions. Coaching has also been a problem for the Cleveland Browns. This is a team that are not together and everyone is playing for themselves and not each other. Until they become one team and quit pointing fingers at each other it will not get fixed anytime soon.

Cleveland fans deserve better, but like they say, it's never fun to be a Browns fan, and I guess they may be right. Let's look at some answers for the Cleveland Browns going into the off-season.

The Cleveland Browns have the No.2 pick in the upcoming NFL draft and many are hoping they will use it to pick a quarterback. This draft has some interesting quarterbacks but nothing that really jumps out at you. My biggest worry about the Browns is that the offensive line needs to be fixed first. You do not want to draft a quarterback and he is running for his life to start his career. That will not help the player or the organization.

Offensive line help is a must for the Cleveland Browns in the draft. In later rounds, they may be able to find a quarterback or sign one in free agency. Picking a quarterback in the draft is no sure thing anymore, so taking your time at this position would be a good idea. Travis Hunter is an interesting prospect that the Cleveland Browns should consider. He is a two-way player that could help the Cleveland Browns right away. Instant impact is what you get with Travis Hunter along with a very hard worker.

Shedeur Sanders quarterback also has been mentioned as well for the Cleveland Browns, but will he play there is the question. His dad Deion Sanders has said certain teams he will not play for, so picking him could be a crap shoot. Cleveland cannot afford to waste a pick when they have so many needs on this football team.

Another area the Browns need to improve on is coaching and accountability. The Cleveland Browns last season had too many penalties and it seemed week after week the same problems were occurring. Players and coaches need to do a better job of preparing every week. People from the outside of the organization can see it but the Browns never did. It kept happening week after week on the field.

Culture is a word we hear around NFL teams and it seems maybe Cleveland needs to fix the team's culture. Just a few years back culture also was a problem and it seems it hasn't gotten any better, It will be interesting to see how the Browns handle the off-season.
