Blame It on Your Heart. Top Story - January 2026.
I write a few poems, but not as many as some folks on Vocal. Most of my poems have to do with love. Either the desire for it, the tragedy of when it doesn’t work, or dealing with feelings of love. I am a big softie at heart, I guess!

The Dolphins Came to Say Hello
Dolphins passing by A wonderful view to see Peace and harmony. [Author's note: I was on a roll this morning with impromptu Haikus. Frost my Red rose and then, as I sat on the balcony having my cup of tea with my two little buddies, a small school of dolphins came passing by. They chase the herring which are running at the moment.]

A Rose By Any Name
Just for you, my sweet, A red rose to start your week, To show that I care. [Author's note: This rose bloomed overnight. It weas so perfect in form , I had to send it to someone to remind them I was thinking about them. Out of that came this vey impromptu Haiku.]
