The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. Everyone in town knew of the cabin, but most refused to go near it, let alone in the woods where it resides. That was, of course, until three teenagers journeyed into the famed haunted woods.

One Final Goodbye
Dear Angel, Happy Birthday! Today marks your 43 birthday, or what was supposed to be. It’s been five years since we celebrated a birthday with you here on Earth. Let me tell you; it has been a very long five years. So much has happened, so many accomplishments, graduations, and milestones, and you weren’t there for any of them. I can only hope you were there in spirit, cheering me on from the other side.

Unwanted Guest
10:00 pm I am just about to clear the dinner table and start the dishes when I look out the window and see a woman with a young child on my porch with nothing on but a t-shirt and pants. I stand confused before I open the door, the woman looks at me with her tired eyes, her daughter shivering uncontrollably.
