Bring Me my Food!
We all want to live in a perfect world. Admit it or not, we all like for the majority of things to revolve around us. We like things when we want it, NOW; and sometimes yesterday depending on the person. When it comes to food, this subject has to be right up there on the top of the list. Today, food delivery is the new and upcoming way to satisfy the void of the everyday hustle and bustle. Thank God to those brave men and women that fight metro traffic, to bring us all a warm meal that we couldn't cut out time to retrieve ourselves. Needless to say, we should lend them a helping hand outside of the occasional tip. Yes, I spent some time as a delivery driver and this one goes out to the high-rise and apartment dwellers.

Love Matters Session Number 4
I am going to come out the gates and say it! Most women just need to understand the difference of meeting men where they are and not think they are settling. The key in this thing we call dating should be to find a common ground with someone, and bring out the best in each other.

The Things Rideshare Drivers Don't Tell You
Yes, I had to speak out due to the consumed misunderstanding that is floating around with the expectations of Rideshare Drivers. I know I promised to make a statement or two about food deliveries and that is coming soon, but not in this piece. My lid just blew of the other day when I was surfing around social media and stumbled upon the conversation with the subject title "who decides the type of music? The driver or passenger?" Of course, there was a reasonable down the line response on both sides, but what really got me, was the nerve of some people who wanted to take over, and those are normally the passengers who are riding two blocks. You know the type that have a thousand request from turn the heat down to do you have lotion or bubble gum, and they are only in the vehicle for two minutes.

The Rideshare Experience!
Ok, gang! I wanted to chime in on this touchy subject, because the media has so many ideas on how to receive the most out of the rideshare experience, but they are clueless as usual. Having experience as a rideshare driver, I want to share some of my insight, and this will hopefully expand and improve your experience as a rideshare passenger. Now before we get into what I think could make both the rider and driver enjoy a time between the two, I have to let you know that I only share opinions with you and not factual information. Fear not, what I'm about to tell you will help you and bump your "Rider IQ" up and hopefully a less stressful time.

What has Social Media done to Dating?
Are we truly satisfied with the attention of one person? Very hard question to answer with the advancements of social media putting the access of millions in the palm of our hand. Unfortunately, the dating options has extended well beyond the limits of your local town, state or country for that matter. It all depends on how wide you want to explore and social media has bridged that gap for you and I. Is that a blessing or a curse? Well, that all depends on how you want to explore your options and what you are willing to put up with. I truly think that social media has inserted a type of laziness and "don't care" attitude in us all when it comes to dating.

Have Integrity in Everything You Do!
I thought about writing this piece the other day. I will leave names and names of the events out, to protect related parties. I truly believe that we all have a story in us to be told, so that others may gain from it and grow or get through their current circumstance that may be holding them back. In whatever we do in life, it is very important that we maintain integrity and look out for the common good, and the rest will follow.

Cupid wanted to Shoot Himself
That night I never looked at the room with so much pain, my heart was torn and could not bare the pain. As one tear made its way from my cheek to the unstable high bar table, a reflection of her was so very clear, I thought she was on a channel from cable. The room started to move slowly and I heard water coming down from a rock formation. There she was, failed to remember my current problems, behold, the greatest woman of all creation.

You shouldn't have to Wait 4 Valentines
For the understanding should be deep within your heart! If you comprehend, then making love to her would just be the easy part. Rid your mind of that dirty thought. Making love to your mate is something like that hardest battle you ever fought. That special time you held hands, or placed a jacket over her shoulders to warm the breeze from the cooling room's fans. From the verbal fights that gives you metal distance at times, from sharing a drink with the perfect twisted limes. Your day of love, should not have to wait for Valentines.

The Man in the Parking Lot
At last! The skyline of Dallas is in my eyesight and this long and very tiring road of I 20 has presented its rewards with putting the past of the challenging and sometimes rewarding days of the ATL. Hotlanta presented many opportunities, but this move was long overdue, and my life needed to give way to a new chapter. Didn't really know what to expect. New city, new chance and new things to accomplish; but most importantly, I was taking the same God with me the one I got to know in Atlanta.

The Greatest Love Story Never Told
She entered my life with a smile! Frozen to her introduction to my eyes, Her voice took center stage in my life and I didn't know what to say next. It was a chilly and reserved not typical North Texas weekend and her clothing stated that she was ready for a Saturday and excited to try the new uptown social food spot. "Thanks for picking my up!", she mentioned. Still at awe of the moment, I tried my best to simplify the conversation without saying something that would put my foot in my mouth.

Love Matters Session Number 2
Hello there! I promised to come back and revisit Rules 2 and 9 from my Ten Online Dating Rules and I will do that in a second. But first, I have to visit that statement and explore what exactly are we doing in this dating world. Are we done with trying? I certainly hope that all hope is not lost! There has to be someone else out that with an ounce of romantism left in them. Has waiting for better, left us all bitter?
