Knowing the path is far different in experience than walking the path. Knowledge only becomes truly useful once it is implemented in ones life, so that which I write is that which I have experienced, hopefully my words may offer solace.

Know Yourself, and Your Truth
We are currently living in a world, that is filled to the brim with a wide variety of uncertainties, and with that being the case, it can be difficult to truly have a sense of direction. I have been facing uncertainty myself, in my own life, in different ways, but uncertainty, all the same, however, the one thing that has kept me in a state of hopefulness, is my faith in as well as my connection to God.

Passion of Purpose
We all have different things within our fields of interest that give us the motivation and the drive, to pursue those things which we are passionate about, however, when the passion that fuels your purpose is divinely inspired it takes things to a whole new level. When we take the time to identify that which we do, that is more out of habit, than pursuit of improving oneself, it can create a feeling of stagnation and loss of direction within ones life.

The Nature Of Strength. Top Story - August 2024.
When you have a love so deep for someone, that it transcends all earthly comprehension, it makes you see not just love itself, in a whole different conscious perception, but it also causes you to view the rest of life, through that same lens. I have a friend, who has a light inside of her, the likes I have never been blessed enough to encounter, until April 22 2022, when I began my job at a local medical facility, and met her on the job, we were co workers for about a year and a half. The only other instance I have had a feeling that is similar in nature, was the deep-seated feeling of protectiveness which I had for my wife. I feel very strong inner drive, to prioritize her safety, I believe in a large part, to the number of people I have lost in my life.

Power Of Choice
The power of our choices to impact not only others, but the very fabric of reality, is substantial. Now that science is catching up with the knowledge that ancient spiritual traditions has taught for millennia, the impact of our choices has become even more powerful, as we are now aware of the effect that a single coherent thought can have on the external and internal environments.

Importance of Ethics
I went to the laundromat to do some laundry, and I forgot that I left a few articles of clothing out in my car, right before I started the washer, I recalled this, and quickly made my way to my car, when as soon as I came out of the laundromat and stepped onto the asphalt, something caught my eye on the ground, upon making a closer observation, I noticed it was a ring. I picked the ring up and glanced at it, this was a nice ring, it had a class emblem on it, and was from the graduating class of 1987. I placed a public post on Facebook for the owner to see, hoping that she in fact would, and I also informed the laundromat owner of the ring, and placed it in his possession.

With Our Intention, We Create
When you have a thought come through your mind, at random, and you are surprised at how random it in fact is, you also get a sense of the amount of energy which this specific mental event, creates. I have learned through experience, that the direction of our intention is a key factor in the quality of the experiences which we have. I have found that living, truly in the present moment, and relinquishing ownership of the trials from the past, or worries about Potential future scenarios. The energy that you will save, by eliminating worry from your life, is astoundingly substantial.

Don't Just Know Your Path, Walk Your Path
Earlier this years I had a performance evaluation at work, and during the evaluation, I was asked to set some personal goals for myself. I had been in a somewhat somber state of being, when these questions were asked. I always try to have goals set for myself, so I recited goals I had already set for myself, mentally, which looking back, I didn't have the inspired confidence about these goals, but this is something, that through the study of consciousness, has returned to me.

Building A Better Tomorrow. Top Story - July 2024.
In the field which I work in, I have learned many things, and of those things, I would most certainly say that the most valuable tool I have in my arsenal, which has the greatest capability of helping to not just bridge the gaps, that exist when communication barriers are present, it allows for the true establishment of authentic connection, this tool is none other than Compassion. I take time each and every morning, to reflect on the experiences I have had, and when I began doing this initially, I had much more than yesterday to reflect on, I had years of trauma which had been left in the darkness, having had no light truly shed upon them for a substantial duration of time. When something happens to us, of either a smaller less significant impact, or something of a greater, more significant impact, we must always ensure that we take the time to analyze, and process these events, regardless of how big or little they may be.

Truths Value
When we are going through our day to day life, we tend to fall into a mental state, where we are literally running through the motions of the day, on auto pilot, we have become so deeply programmed in the way in which we do things, that instead of staying mindful in the moment, we instead have our focus directed elsewhere, whether our attention is directed on worries in relation to work, loved ones, or whatever it may be, it is so vital and makes such a profound impact on your existence, if you take the time to cultivate mindfulness in the present moment.

Intentional Consciousness
Through the various sources of information I have studied, up to this point, I have learned many things, yet I would have to say that one of the most profound concepts I have come across, is that of Present Centered Intentional Consciousness. When we take the time to not just learn how to better ourselves, but also apply that which we have learned in a way that is not only personal to us, on a fundamental level, but also has the capacity to instill one with a greater sense of purpose. I have wrote many times about my own healing experience, but I feel that sharing that experience in the myriads of ways in which it has occurred, on deeper and deeper levels, can give one insight into healing in their own life.

Mental Health
I have found, that with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia, there are so many people, and places, that choose to discriminate, and stigmatize those of us who suffer. Recently I went to donate plasma, and was going through the medical questionnaire with one of their staff members, when we came to the question of what one of my medications was for, I was open and honest about my diagnosis, and due to their discriminatory policies, they placed me on a permanent deferral list.

Ghosts of The Past
I left work yesterday, and finished my afternoon workout like I always do, and I then proceeded to make my way to my brothers house, because I had promised him the day before, that I would take him grocery shopping, being he does not currently have a reliable vehicle. As we were making our way through the store, we were coming out of an aisle, when I heard some womans voice ask my brother how he was doing, I then stepped a little further into the aisle in which my brother was in, and was astonished by the fact I was standing in front of my Ex wife, who I had not seen for over 15 years.
