Bio
Ever since discovering Roald Dahl, I wanted to be an author who would delight and move her readers through her stories. I also wrote my debut novel, "Of Demons and Deception" on Amazon.

Preparing for War
Tarron’s plan was honestly a good one. They discussed it with Councilor Belanor the next morning and instantly began to implement it. Councilor Belanor sent Ruith back to Malnora with the order to send out a selected number of elves across the Faye Expanse, including himself. Some of them were heading to seek help from elven towns, while the others went to recruit dwarves.

Two Brave Women
Many women inspire me in my life, but I would be amiss if I didn’t start talking about an experience my mother had when she was a teenager. For some context, my maternal grandmother was French and married my American grandfather shortly after WWII. They met during the end of the war while my grandfather was stationed there to help build airfields for the Allied planes to land on. They lived in America and had three children, the oldest being my gentle mother.

An Act of Neighborly Love
A number of years ago, my sister and her family used to live about twenty to thirty minutes from where I live. Even though I didn’t have a car then which made traveling to and fro somewhat inconvenient, it was quite nice. I got to see my sister and my brother-in-law, and I got to play and get close to my nephew and nieces. In fact, I often babysat them. I may not have gotten paid in money, but I did get paid in food. And that was more than good enough for me.

Aftermath
The next several hours passed by in a blur for Haganto. He vaguely noticed Alanus and the Malnora elves arriving at the remains of Filla Aethel. Haganto doesn’t remember how the elves reacted, but he does remember Alanus sticking by his side as soon as he arrived. The monster hunter doesn’t remember if the bard said anything. He did barely recall overhearing a somber observation from Tarron about how it looked like all their deaths had been quick, at least quick for Agron. It seemed that because of his weakened nature and starved mentality, Agron just wanted to kill. Haganto recalled not being sure if he should be grateful for that or not.

Fluffy Protection
As she drove slowly through the snowfall, Willow realized that she didn’t like snow anymore. When she was a kid, she thought she would never get tired of the pretty white flakes but now, when she was an adult and had to go to work regardless, Willow didn’t like it. It made the roads slippery and since Willow wasn’t the most confident driver, that alone made her more anxious. And she didn’t even have the benefit of playing in it.
