The now, twenty-year-old Roya’Tea (Roya) Reign, walked up to the bartender and ordered a Pink Panties Martini, a code word for Elf’s Blood a tonic used for speaking to the Ancestors. Tika stood beside Roya with her back to the bar as she kept her eyes out for the shapeshifters, The Legion, that had been tailing them for the past five miles. “Ma, you sure this is going to help” Roya inquired as the bartender fixed the tonic. Tika knew there was nothing she could say to Roya right now that would calm her, so she did what she knew best, and just smiled.
