Mom, Did You Miss Me Today?
Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Timmy who lived with his mother in a small village. Timmy was an energetic and curious child, always eager to explore the world around him. He loved to spend his days playing with his friends, chasing after butterflies, and fishing in the nearby stream. Despite his adventurous spirit, Timmy was a loving son who cherished his mother deeply.

Mistaken Heart
A time away and a tug at the heart causes it to beep. Having our own path to take, I focus on me and growing beyond belief. Practicing teachings and taking care of the inner child that is within. Love I tried to experience and it crumbled to pieces. I ventured to different lands in search for hope and peace, only to find trauma and scars that will forever run deep. As I struggle to heal and build new walls, I focus to protect that inner child that never got the love he deserved.

Survival
It’s never easy for me I will never understand the experience I had to endure in fucking Ohio. The day I landed there I had a bad feeling. I tried to give Lisa the benefit of the doubt it didn’t work out that way. She was as always disappointing. I don’t know if I can trust her to send my medicine through the mail as promised. But at this point, I’m just desperate to be home with my husband. If she doesn’t disappoint me with this then maybe all hope isn’t lost. But I’m not holding my breath. It’s been one day since she didn’t check on me though I wasn’t excepting it.

Embrace
A friend posted this picture on Facebook with the caption “I miss you mom”. And it broke me. I can’t remember what guided meditation I was listening to where it had me envision myself curled up on the lap of the universe and feeling safe and secure. These are feelings I rarely feel.

Sad love story
Excuse me, the one I loved, and I knew that you did not know anything about love, because the feelings about you while you are far from it are strange. I loved the toughest men, and I know them by wounding people, the closest to breaking hearts. About him because he is arrogant and hates all people. He does not have feelings for anyone. He does not understand anyone, even the closest people to him, who have a blood bond with him. He loves to be tortured. Saying hahahahaha I do not know why I loved him, he is frowning, hard-hearted, arrogant, so there is no description enough for him, I do not know how to describe him to you, but I am a bit crazy that I love those who torture me and increase my pain and my wounds, because he is a cruel god who has no feelings in him. He moves only to ruin the life of everyone who approaches him.

Home
Growing up, home was a series of memories. Home was the smell of cheap cigarettes, of Mexican beer that, when spilt on the carpet, stuck to calloused feet. Home was coming back from school, and you hear your mother singing, very off key, to Selena and the Kumbia Kings, while making horchata to sell on the weekends to our neighbors by the gallon. Home was my brothers and I gagging and coughing, our lung burning from the fumes of poblano peppers being fire roasted on the stove top, to us bolting outside, frantically slurping down water from the garden hose, and later turning the backyard into a mud pit to beat the growing heat. Home was getting our asses kicked for reenacting the mud wrestling scene from Shrek on the dog and each other, and later being told to strip down to our underwear and leave our once colorful clothes in a pile of brown sludge by the laundry room.
