See The Picture For What It Is
Let’s talk about shattered pictures of Love or Let me reiterate that, the illusion we paint on false love. Real love do not need to be fake until they make it. That’s not going to happen. You are setting yourself up for heart ache and pain. This goes for men and women.

Birthdays
What is it about birthdays? Some people love them, some hate them, and some just seem not to care about them. To me when I was younger I really did not really like to be the center of attention and now that I am older I still do not want to be the center of attention at a party for I really wanted was just to be remembered maybe with a special card of sorts. As one gets older birthdays are just like any other day.

Renewal For Field Leaders
Brett A. Blake has written a business book entitled ' Renewal For Field Leaders'. This is an academic book for businesspeople who lead employees and independent contractors in how to keep their businesses solvent over years. It covers topics dealing with direct selling of various products and ideas from the Business Lifecycle Stages from Launch through Decline or Renewal to the CHISEL plan for renewal (Cash, Hope, Innovation, Simplification, Expansion, Leadership). He states in a way there is an AIM in cash management. He also mentions the H.O.P.E. formula for business. Another facet he mentions one must use experimentation along with human-to-human experience to improve your business or do something else. One last idea he share is the 'Three C's of Simplification' that are 'Calendar, Cadence, and Communication which is also the most important aspect of any and all business enterprises. The layout of this academic book is shown in large type for easy reading that would make an great supplemental read for many economics courses or any business management courses.

Mary Kay
Just finished reading a memoir entitled 'Miracles Happen' Mary Kay Ash The Life and Timeless Principles of the Founder of Mary Kay, Inc. I am not into cosmetics, but this book was really fascinating to read even though it is full of the 'tricks of trade' of running a multimillion-dollar corporation. Mary Kay starts out sharing her childhood as most memoirs do, but she made hers fun to read for she shared facts of the times she lived has surviving many ups and downs personally and professionally from her first sales position to being founder of Mary Kay, Inc. Her basic tenets of life and business are as follows: God, family, career and in that order. This is a good supplemental read for subjects in economics and business studies for how to run a company/corporation. Women and men should read this book for Mary Kay shares her valuable ideas on how to run a business.

Babysitting
Anyone out there a babysitter? What does it mean to be a babysitter? Is it just caring for babies, toddlers and young school age children or is it something else entirely? Babysitters must try to remember what it was like for them when they were very young. Babysitting is a fun and creative job that could lead to other professions from nanny to teacher to being a parent.

Working From Home
What is it that working from home is so satisfying, but yet at times could be mundane? I like working from home. I was a nurse for 16 years at a local hospital that has shutdown due to various financial issues. Working from home as a freelance writer some would say is not really working even though writing is hard work, but I really enjoy it for I am sharing what I know and hope others will read what I write.

What about a Monday?
Writing a short series for the days of the week in Critique. Since this is the first day of week being a Monday why doesn't anyone really like this day. It could be that they really liked what they did on the weekend or that maybe there is something that they do not want to do or deal with at work. To me a Monday is a new start and one must look at in this way.
