THE BEST MEAT IS WILD
Living in Alaska is great, every year in August and September is hunting season to hunt big game. All the hunters go for the biggest animal and that is Moose. Moose is the biggest animal in the dear family. Alaska is the one state you can go hunting for Moose. They also hunt for Bear, and other animals too! Cooking wild game is pretty easy if you know what you're doing. Most Alaskans will marinate the meat first to get the meat tender. And many times they slow cook the meat. The best time to hunt for Bears is when they eat berries at the end of summer. When cooking Bear meat it is best to marinate the meat first. The meat should be cooked until there is no pink to the meat. Bear meat is really delicious to eat and it is very good for you. It is much better than buying meat at the grocery store! With meat going up in price. the Wild game will not break the bank but high meat prices will Or the other way to eat is getting on a plant-based diet! Many people are going Vegan for one reason or another.

THE GREAT WAY HERBS HELPS THE BODY
Each Herb helps your body in all different ways. At the end of the day, I like to relax with a herb called chamomile. Two years ago I grew chamomile and harvested the flowers. I dried the flowers and I put the dried flowers in a special spoon and had tea. Chamomile tea helps you sleep and if your nervous it will calm the nerves down. I have been drinking this tea for a long time. I put a teaspoon of honey, hot water and, the herb chamomile. One can buy the tea at any grocery store, I also buy the tea with Lavender, I am very fond of the lavender and chamomile tea it tastes great and it will relax you a lot. Imagine... Free Fruit & Veg
Hey! So, what I am going to write about in this article, is mainly a thought I have had. It has been inspired by people like 'Chakabars', 'TheRealTarzan' and 'RedShotBlackStar', whom I follow on Instagram. They all promote living a healthy lifestyle, with 'Chakabars' and RedShotBackStar' promoting and sharing their strong views on a diet composed of plant based foods only.

Health Benefits of Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are proof that size doesn’t determine what we can achieve. These small black seeds from the Salvia hispanica plant were crucial food sources historically for the Aztecs and Mayans. Native to Mexico, they belong to the mint family and have grown to become a superfood in recent times due to greater understanding of the health benefits they offer. In this article, we’ll take a look at these benefits.

Roasted Broccoli & Sweet Potatoes over Quinoa and Black Beans
Cooking is a form of self-care and grounding. After beginning my cycle this morning I decided I might as well replenish my body's iron supplies, so I made iron and magnesium the inspiration for this meal. When women bleed we lose iron, and magnesium can help improve mood and alleviate menstrual cramps, so my desire for this dinner was to help with both of the above.
